Our kids are averaging 6.5 hours a day looking at screens. 
Physician and filmmaker, Delaney Ruston discuses how tech time impacts our kids' development and offers solutions on how adults can empower kids to best navigate and balance the digital world.

Screen Time-what's good, bad, or too much?
When: Tuesday, February 12th
Time: 6-7:30pm
Where: Middle School Library

Presenter Richard Halper, founder of Coach4Parent, will present this workshop follow-up to the Screenagers documentary. Some of the topics discussed will be What's too much Screen Time and how to implement structured use? Self Regulation and Mindfulness, Resources for Growing Responsible Digital Citizens K-12 and much more.
